Refund policy
As Demory, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our standards.
If the item does not fit, we offer an exchange for the correct size.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective)
💳 Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be returned unworn and in its original packaging
- With all tags and included accessories
- Within 14 days of receiving the order
❗ If the item is returned:
- without tags
- with signs of wear
- or damaged
→ the return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to the customer.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Item
If you received a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Please include clear photos of the issue
